Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Narangy, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines the rules for cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and no-show situations. We encourage you to read this carefully before booking an appointment.

1 Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

24 hours or more before appointment Full refund or free rescheduling
12 to 24 hours before appointment 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling
Less than 12 hours before appointment No refund; rescheduling subject to availability and fee

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp message) to be considered valid.

Verbal cancellations over phone calls are not accepted as confirmation.

1.2 Cancellation by Narangy

In the event that Narangy must cancel your appointment, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free reschedule at your preferred time (subject to availability)

We will notify you as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.


2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds Are Applicable When:

  • Cancellation made within the eligible time window as outlined in Section 1
  • Appointment cancelled by Narangy for any reason
  • Service was not delivered as confirmed at the time of booking

Refunds Are Not Applicable When:

  • Cancellation made less than 12 hours before the appointment (unless cancelled by Narangy)
  • No-show by the customer
  • Service was delivered as booked and customer is dissatisfied due to personal preference
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer

3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Narangy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
  • Refund confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

4 No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a customer fails to appear for a confirmed appointment without providing prior notice.

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of any advance payment made for the appointment.
  • No refund will be issued for no-show bookings.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings at our discretion.
  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee service delivery if you arrive significantly after your scheduled time.

5 Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is permitted free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Requests made within 12–24 hours are allowed once as a courtesy, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 12 hours is subject to a rescheduling fee and availability.
  • Each booking allows a maximum of 2 reschedules. Subsequent changes will be treated as a new booking.

6 Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@narangy.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
